 Hello, we are Angelly Geronimo and Luisa Sánchez and today we are going to show you a healthy pasta option!


We do this because pasta has been the most voted food in our survey, in this survey we can also see how many do not take into account the amount of calories they consume and that is why today we bring an incredible pasta recipe in a healthier way, without a lot of fat and calories.


Let us begin


Ingredients

-Spaguetti pasta 

-Chicken

-Avocado- Avocaro

-Cherry Tomato- Cherry tomeiro

-Spinach- Spinech

-Olive oil-Olivoil

-Spices- Spaices

-Wthite vinegar- Wait vinegar

-Salt-Solt

-Cucumber-Kyucomber



Steps

1. Bring the water to a boil to add the pasta. 

2. Cook the previously seasoned chicken

3. Cut the cucumber, avocado, cherry tomato and spinach into squares 

4. Prepare the dressing for the recipe with olive oil, white vinegar, spices and salt.

5. Once everything is prepared, add it to a bowl to mix the salad along with the dressing.

Wauu! It's look terrific and it smell like delicious.

The vegetables it's crunchy and sweet.
