We do this because pasta has been the most voted food in our survey, in this survey we can also see how many do not take into account the amount of calories they consume and that is why today we bring an incredible pasta recipe in a healthier way, without a lot of fat and calories. RULES : - There is is used for non-countable nouns and singular, including the articles a/an. - There are is used for countable nouns and plural.
