My first week 14 August

Hi guys, what's up? How do your week? I hope that was be incredible, because for me was very difficult and strenuous, I begin with a panic attack in the bus, I think that was because be a lot of people and I feel trapped and suffocated. Literally as a this photo. Also, I has a lot of homework, can't have life social and dedícate myself totally to my duties But, i had something excellent, I was can watched boyfriend, with him I feel relaxing and happy, this recharge me energy. Well, talking a bit more about English classes, this week I learned about the difference between birthplace, nationality and hometown. ✓ Nationality indicates where you are from ✓Birthplace indicates where you were born ✓Hometown the place where you grew up  In order to learn and identify the three words, the teacher left an activity where three people talked about their life, where they were born, where they grew up and where they lived, as well as their occupations.  It was a very interesting class with...

We do this because pasta has been the most voted food in our survey, in this survey we can also see how many do not take into account the amount of calories they consume and that is why today we bring an incredible pasta recipe in a healthier way, without a lot of fat and calories.
